Raised in wine country.
From Our Paddock to Your Plate Barossa Valley Meat is the story of two people, a family farm and a deep love for the land. Will and Billie share a passion for good farming, good food and the Barossa way of life — a life that starts in the paddock and ends around the table. Today, the farm is still very much a family affair — home to vineyards, cereal crops, beef cattle and the people who keep it all moving. Our cattle and lamb graze the rolling hills of the Barossa, raised with the same patience, care and old-school values that have shaped this farm for generations. For us, paddock to plate isn’t a clever phrase; it’s simply how we farm. We know where our beef comes from, we know the country it was raised on, and we take pride in sharing it with you. Small numbers, hand-cut and packed right here in the Barossa — food with a connection to the land, best enjoyed around a fire, a table and a good bottle of wine.
It stays a family place from the paddock to the box — small numbers, hand-cut, and shared the way good things here always have been: around a fire, with people worth feeding.
We could throw a whole lot of marketing slang at you, but let's keep this simple... we are farmers, the butchers and the cooks and we love beef, lamb and plenty of Red!
